		<description><![CDATA[I could not say which is the best way.It depends on the person and the situation. There are times that I can do multitasking and still get things done right. But some things are not meant to be rushed. Some work would need time to be done and that&#039;s when time management is essential. You can allot time to do certain tasks and determine if some can be done through multitasking. But be sure to finish everything correctly.]]></description>
