I really like this post. I am struggling to convey what I do as a creative director (visual/emotional) to someone who has little depth in my field at all. I can see how this perception exists but I am really struggling to communicate the reality of the situation which is that my team is very on task and innovative where needed, and I am usually acting as a leader when there are questions. I would appreciate any thoughts.
