		<description><![CDATA[Great insights, John. I think this is sometimes hard to grasp, but reality is, the longer you wait to move, the harder it is to do so. And a lot of times, waiting to make a choice means you lose the freedom to do so - you may have one, or none, of the options you once did. That doesn&#039;t mean you have to run around like a chicken with your head cut off, but the truth is, we&#039;ll never know exactly how things will turn out, so we just have to move sometimes despite uncertainty about exactly where we will end up.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[My good friend (supervisor and published author) told me much the same thing more than once.  I have to say its really true.  Quiet time to reflect and figure out where you&#039;re going is needed and sometimes the best decision... but you can&#039;t &quot;not move&quot; forever... if you have to be still and not move for a while... at least be planning your next move and getting over your fears of doing it.]]></description>
